Karen began training at Caywood Karate in 2015 with her oldest son.  Her father had also studied isshinryu leading her to follow in his footsteps.  Karen is currently a San Dan (3st degree).  We enjoy having her as one of our instructors in the children's and teen/adult classes.

Outside of the dojo, Karen and husband, Cory have been together for 15 years and have four boys.  She is an accountant as well as an affiliate marketer.
